We believed AI could transform traditional collections. That early conviction grew into a one-of-a-kind regional infrastructure built to automate the full collections lifecycle, lift recovery performance, and redefine how receivables are managed at scale.
2017 — The Original Vision
We launched with a single idea: automate up to 90% of the collections workflow with AI.
2018 — Launch in Chile
- A strategic market that kicked off Colektia's regional expansion.
2019 — Launch of the Service Division
- We built out a dedicated operation to provide specialized servicing support to our clients.
2020 — Expansion to Mexico
- We brought our infrastructure into one of LATAM's largest consumer-credit markets.
2023 — Arrival in Peru and Colombia
- We strengthened our regional footprint with two new strategic markets.
2024 — Historic Milestone: Our AI matches the Call Center
- We hit the same liquidation rates as a traditional call center operation.
- 100% automation of the collections workflow.
2025 — Our AI surpasses the Call Center
- Six months later, our AI was outperforming traditional collections methods by +25% on liquidation.
2026 — Expansion to Europe
- In early 2026, we launched operations in Spain, marking our first expansion outside Latin America.
